Kayla Goes to Church

Now that Kayla is 2 years old, we decided to take her to church! We had fun getting all dressed up. Kayla especially LOVED her tights! She did very well at Mass. I think it helped that her buddy Joe Ligas was with her. We went over to the Ligas' for brunch after Mass. It was such a fun day!

Baby Tanner Asleep

Our sweet boy sound asleep in his clothes! This is the only time he actually transferred from the stroller to the bed.

Sister Kayla

Libby and I looked over to find Sister Kayla (nun in training) sitting quietly in her chair watching TV. The new purse is from Libby...a souvenir from Spain. The new hat....well, that's ole blankie doubling as a veil.

Palo Alto Field Trip

We met Libby in Palo Alto for lunch. I parked near the Olive Garden Restaurant by chance and they have this little patch of grass that was perfect for a photo shoot. Aunt B took these brother/sister photos!

Baby Worms with Mine (Steph)

Kayla has been busting out the play-doh lately. She loves it but, for some reason, likes to "hold hands" when the play-doh comes out. I think it scared her the first time she did it. Here she is making baby worms with Steph!

Our last day with Michelle

Michelle Promes was with us only a short time but the kids loved having her babysit. We miss her!

Kayla and Joe on Valentine's Day

We went to the Corte Madera Shopping Center on Valentine's Day. We ran into Kayla's buddy, Joe Ligas, with his parents, Frank and Janet (our good friends!) I think Joe will go down in history as Kayla's first Valentine. Just their shy body language is enough to see that they like each other!! VERY CUTE!!

With the duvet cover at the dry cleaner, the kids are loving the fluffy down comforter.
